How to play

Choose a learning language independently of the site interface. Find each pictured word in a straight line by choosing its first and last cells, in either order. The 8×8 board uses horizontal and vertical words; 10×10 and 12×12 boards also use diagonals and reversed words. Letters may use uppercase. Whole graphemes are kept together in Japanese and Hindi. Review saved words or choose a broad topic. Any matching occurrence counts. Hints and reveals are recorded separately from found words. Audio is optional, uses existing recordings or matching device voices, and never starts automatically. No timer.
