How to play

Choose a number, then an occupied square directly above, below, left or right. Equal numbers both disappear. Different numbers add together in the destination square. Empty squares cannot be crossed or filled. Clear every number to win. Each new board has a clearing route, but your choices can leave isolated numbers. Gentle uses a 3×3 board; steady and challenge use 4×4. Tap or use arrows, Tab and Enter to select numbers; Escape cancels selection. Undo, saved progress, reset and full screen are available. No timer. Hints have a search limit and do not promise a shortest solution.
