These terms set out the conditions for using the StudyRiver website, web app, MCP tools and related features (the "Service") provided by Eidendo Inc. ("we"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.
The Service generates A4 practice sheets and answer keys based on the content, amount and difficulty you choose, stores learning records on your device, and lets you export and import them as JSON files.
The Service is a tool to support learning. It does not guarantee any particular learning outcome, better grades or passing an exam.
You are responsible for preparing, at your own cost, the browser, printer, AI services, MCP clients and anything else needed to use the Service. External services are subject to the terms set by their providers.
Learning records in the web app are, in principle, stored on your device. To guard against loss from device failure, cleared browser data or a change of device, please make your own backups, for example with the JSON export.
Minors should use the Service with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian. Where needed, a parent, guardian or teacher should check whether the content and difficulty suit the learner.
You must not:
Rights in the Service's software, design, logos, text and other works belong to us or their rightful owners. Worksheets you generate may be printed and used for learning and teaching at home, at school, in classrooms and similar settings.
We may change the Service, or suspend or end it, without notice. Where possible, we will show important changes on this site.
We do not guarantee that the Service is always accurate, complete or safe, that it will not be interrupted, or that it fits any particular purpose. Please check generated problems, answers, difficulty and AI suggestions as needed before use.
Except in cases of our intent or gross negligence, we are not liable for damages arising from using or being unable to use the Service.
We may change these terms when needed. Revised terms take effect when posted on this page.
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute concerning the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction, in the first instance, of the court having jurisdiction over our head office. If versions in different languages differ, the Japanese version prevails.
